We encourage our staff to create, innovate, grow, and learn. Our on-the-job training reflects this commitment. This page outlines some of the opportunities available to our staff.

In addition, we offer flexible hours, hybrid schedule, extensive training, growth opportunities, competitive pay, generous benefits (including paid healthcare), matched 401k, and company team building events.

AESI is an equal opportunity employer. We will fill open positions by hiring the most qualified person for the job, regardless of race, color, religion, sex, age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, creed, ancestry, national origin, disability status, veteran status, genetic information, or any other classification protected by applicable law. The company is committed to a policy, which prohibits harassment based upon any of these factors by any employee, subcontractor, or vendor. AESI will make reasonable accommodations for qualified disabled applicants and employees.

Open Positions

Below are some of the things that make AESI a great place to work.

PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT

Training is one of the things that makes AESI unique. We offer constant and varied training opportunities for all our staff.
We have regular geotechnical and hydrogeologic roundtables where our staff discuss ongoing site challenges, Puget Sound geology, Consulting 101 and even using AESI software and programs. These roundtables are opportunities to learn as well as teach.  Our staff also presents topics which encourages growth in presentation and public speaking skills.

We encourage our staff to seek out continuing education opportunities and attend local professional society meetings.

One of the key benefits to training at AESI is our expertise and experience in Puget Sound Geology.
